Can I ask your opinion why? I'm actually curious about research related to this. I have aspergers (assuming you mean autism spectrum disorder by ASD?), and while exercise has helped me feel better physically, I can't say exactly that it had a full effect on my mood. I know that's the thing about exercise and that it should do that for everybody, but I get anxious about all the time I'm using up doing it too, and tend to start obsessing over the details of my health as well. CBT and anxiety medication has done more for me than working out.
