I don't look people in the eyes much and get startled by the smallest thing. I'm sure there's more since I'm somewhere on autism spectrum, but those are what sticks out.

I'm not on the spectrum, but I don't look people in the eyes either. I try to look at their foreheads or hairline because looking them in the eyes makes me nervous, like they can hear all my thoughts and see all my secrets. I only look my friends and family in the eyes and even then, it's just a two second glance at most.

I don't look people in the eyes much either. I simply think of it as an intimidation issue, not one related to my very mild Aspergers.
