I find it interesting to see how creative people get with it, and how they can "capture" the characters in a humanized form.

This is the same reason I'm still not tired of the 'make a Friendship Is Magic version of everything ever' trend (and why I was so enthralled by the customizing community even before then). I love the range of ideas people come up with when trying to fit something into a template while still maintaining its essence.

I'm a brony who likes most fanart "humanizing" the ponies but i hated the art style they used for Equestria Girls. They looked like anime hookers with anorexia. Barf.
