Veering slightly OT, but that "this is a true story ... the rest has been told exactly as it occurred" text REALLY ANNOYS me. As did the arguments that the 'true story' disclaimer was part of the narrative.

Too many people already have a hard time figuring out that 'movie' does not always = 'reality' without having to figure out if the "this is a true story" at the beginning is real, or if the "work of fiction, any resemblance to living or dead is a coincidence" disclaimer at the end is true.

Basically, I am annoyed by truth labels that are actually NOT true.

It bothered me more in the beginning, but I still don't get why it 'needs' to be there.

Doesn't ruin the show for me, but IA, I would prefer it wasn't there.
