I...do not think that Tywin would be as into that as you think he would. I can see where this secret is coming from, honestly. Tywin was evil, yes, but he was smart and he actually got shit done. He was disappointed in all three of his kids, but in two out of three cases he was kind of right to be. Cersei in particular turned out to be stupid-but-thinks-she's-smart, a horrible combination that, in canon, gets an awful lot of people killed. Worse (from an evil-but-pragmatic perspective like Tywin's) her stupidity screws over the kingdom.
