As long as you're not pushing that at other people, I honestly don't see the problem with this. I mean realistically there's not a lot the average person can do to fix anything like this. I was thinking about this yesterday, asking myself if I should feel bad for not keeping up with the news. But I realized no, even if I was reading it and forming opinions, I would not be doing something about it. Because right now my priorities are making sure I am functional, I can take care of myself and people around me, and that is my first and foremost responsibility.

Sometimes it's okay to have limits like that.
