Not!3OP, but you totally missed the point.
Point was Hallelujah is just as bad as Nena, yet people won't hate him as much if he did that to Louise because he's a MALE. Fans only feel sorry for Louise because they have a new psycho bitch to lather hate on.

You missed the point I was making.

If they hated her solely because she was female, they'd hate Louise because she's female, as well. There are obviously other factors behind peoples' hatred of Nena (such as that she fired on innocent civilians because ZOMG THEY'RE HAVING FUN AND I'M NOT WAAH) and not only does she feel no remorse for the lives she takes, but she laughs as she does it.

Halle wants to kill the people responsible for his existence. Nena wants to kill everyone and anyone for fun. There's a big difference there.

It's incredible how some people decide to hate certain fans based on things they haven't even done. What's the reasoning behind "I think you would act like this if that happened, so I think you're sad, pathetic, and a misogynist"? I mean, really.

Seriously. How are you to know how people would react if a male character did the same thing? You don't know because it didn't happen. (general you, not you in particular, cause you get it!)

I hate how those people reduce all characters to their gender and nothing else. It's like if you hate a female character for any reason whatsoever, you're a bitchy misogynist. Characters are more than whatever reproductive organs they happen to possess.

Exactly! I've actually never seen a male character in this role before. It's not the fans that are misogynists; the creators of the series seldom gives female characters the "cool" type of insanity to start with (except for Lady Une in GW, I love her from the bottom of my fangirly heart).

I hate how those people reduce all characters to their gender and nothing else.

Yeah, I don't think not being allowed to complain about bad/stereotypical characterisation of female characters helps anything at all.
