I wish we'd had a scene in OoTP where Harry and Sirius had a normal conversation, rather than it all being interrupted moments. (The movie was even worse with this, but I'm mostly talking about the book.)

I mean, I know the whole point was that he was screwed up, and in a lot of ways the fact that they didn't really get normal fatherish-sonish bonding time added to the tragedy... but I would've liked something.

Also, considering Sirius and Tonks were supposed to be related, I would've liked to have had a scene with them. I've made up for it in fanfic, both reading and writing, although I'm not entirely sure how close it is to what JKR envisioned.

Well, Tonks would've been a kid the last time Sirius saw her before Azkaban, so I assume that there would be some strange mental adjustments going on there. Is that how you fic went? (also can I have a link if you are fine with de-anoning?)

AYRT - The original one had them as really close, but I've since realized that's not exactly realistic. The other one... yeah. Basically Sirius says he was close with her mother, so I figured they met a few times, but it was weird. Which is how I have it. :P However, fic!Tonks is trying to get close to him again, which... as I said, not sure how canon that is, really.
