Yes! And being up at gods-awful hour a.m. to make dough and set it to rise and humping huge bags of flour up and down narrow stairs (I love the set up in 'Moonstruck', where the ovens are wood-fired, down around the back of the bakery, in the *basement*, practically medieval. You *know* its a bitch to get all the supplies they need down there.....)

have you tried any bakery themed mystery novels?

I was trying to find one that I read to recommend "Brownies & Broomsticks" and ended up with an entire list...

Heeeeee! I had no clue things like that existed. I read Dick Francis mysteries and haven't really ever tried anything else.
