You don't. Whenever you're on psychoactive medication you can't just get a refill without a check up.

This is because side effects can crop up at any time, and though for the most part most medications are fairly safe, the side effects associated with antidepressants can be very serious and life-threatening.

You can not simply take them without close monitoring. It's for your own safety.
