Narcissa's not actually a death eater, although she did support her husband becoming one. I think both Lucius and Narcissa are pretty good parents, though they do spoil their son a bit too much.

eh, supporting him becoming one isn't a whole lot better.

I'm not sure whether it was one or both of them doing the spoiling. I guess in this case you'd also argue that supporting the spoiling isn't much better, and that would be true.
