Except that OP didn't say the doctor was rude: they said they thought he was pissed off at them, which is something that can be conveyed without being rude. I'm guessing the doctor's manner was chilly and that he admonished OP in a way that made OP feel juvenile and incompetent--which is kind of how OP is coming off in this post. But just because an interaction makes you feel bad doesn't mean the other person was rude.
