You are worth something, or you wouldn't have the feeling that you can accomplish something. Try to keep concentrating on the positive things in your life (sometimes I'll make a list so I can 'see' what it going right) and try not to concentrate on the negative ideas or negative people around you. I've been in a similar place. It does get better.
