Those of you who wear a bra (or have at some point): Do you feel more comfortable when wearing a bra or would you rather be without it?

I only wear a bra in public and get it off as soon as I'm home. I'd rather be without it all the time, if only that wouldn't attract disapproving glances.

Wearing it in public and without when at home.

wish i could get away from wearing one all together, but there's a 7in difference between my band and bust so don't think that's happening anytime soon

I remove mine the second I get home.

To be honest, I have A-cups so a bra isn't really a necessity since I don't bounce too much.

Unfortunately I have really prominent nipples so I'm stuck wearing a bra if I don't want my nipples to show through my top.

As soon as I get home it comes off. It doesn't really provide any support for my boobs anyway just, like I said, provides a barrier for my nipples.

With. I sleep in mine too. It's just more comfortable for me.

I wear a bra all day and only take it off for sleeping/breakfast in the morning. Too jiggly; and I have stairs in my house. :\ Sometimes I will change bras after coming home, though. Like some of my nicer blouses don't look as good with a t-shirt bra, gotta go for something with firmer cups.

With bra! It's like a comfy, snuck little embrace for my boobs. The only times I find bras uncomfortable are when sleeping or whenthe temperature is above 35°C.

With, in all cases, because I have triple-Ds and they look horrendous and are massively sweaty underneath when unharnessed.

without or a sports bra

I usually prefer a bra, as I appreciate the support. But when you're tired or it's a horrible hot day, taking it off feels sooooooo good.

I wear a bra all the time except in bed. My breasts are too large for me to get away with not wearing a bra. Even walking is uncomfortable without one.

When just hanging around, without. But then, I usually just wear pajamas or sweatpants doing that anyway. But in public, or when I'm trying to be/feel active, I do wear one.

I tend to wear one. My tits are pretty big. Though there definitely are times when i know I'm not gonna be runnjng around or even walking all that much so I put on a big sweater and go about my day braless

I wear mine until I get ready for bed but it's more out of habit than any particular preference. But tbh I don't hate or love them, they're just a thing I wear.

With. All day until bed. Especially before my period, because even though they're B-cup they hurt terribly if they are allowed to hang free during that time.

With bra, except when sleeping (although I sometimes wear a seamless bra to bed). Boobs are too big, and not gravity-defying enough to go without a bra. Also, nothing makes me more uncomfortable than visible nipples through my clothes, so there's that, too.

With, definitely! My tits are small-to-moderate in size, but they're certainly big enough to wobble, which is a feeling I haaaate. I really like the snug feeling of a bra. If only I could find one with the cups set far enough apart so the underwire doesn't rest on the side of my breast tissue, I'd be in heaven.

Also, I love bras in general. So pretty and sexy. It makes me sad I'm basically Ace. I can buy as many sexy bras as I want and nobody will ever appreciate them except me. :(

I wear it in public because my boobs are all over the place when I walk wiyhout one. At home? Bra gone.

I wear one in public, none at home, and contrary to a trend I see, I'm big, but I just don't care, I feel better without.

eh... disapproving glances? so what? Seriously when I look at this thread I finally get why first wave feminists burned their bras. I like them for outfits with cleavage and stuff but otherwise... hello?

I wear a bra when I feel like it. My tits aren't that large though. If they'd bounce all the time I'd wear one more often.

I wear a bra in public and at home, only taking it off for sleeping. My breasts are so small I could go without it, but I don't want to have sagging breasts later on in life, so I still wear it.

My chest is quite big, so I'd rather wear a bra in public and take it off before going to sleep. Rather have the girls in place than bouncing around, y'know?

Bra-less here. I'm a B cup, and I don't notice any bounce (I am told I have a bit of bounce, but I can't tell). As for nipples standing out... people can deal. Granted, I live in the PNW in a city that has a very liberal college and going around without a bra is mild here. Plus, the usual, most common insult for anything like that is, "Fucking Evergreener." Which has not really been directed at me, though I've heard it to other people. I usually pipe up with, "Hey, don't hate on Evergreen. I'd love to go there but I can't afford it." That usually makes that sort of person turn bright red and stfu, and the other people give me a high five or thumbs up or something. *evil grin*

But, overall, people don't really seem to notice or care. My girlfriend, who is from the Deep South (she grew up most of her life in Alabama and then spent several years in rural Tennessee and then West Virginia) has been scared to leave the house sometimes because even through a bra, her nipple piercings are pretty obvious. I told her nobody was going to care... and, that's been exactly what happened.

TLDR: No bra, if people notice, they don't make a peep. Not for obvious nipple piercings, either.
