As some of you may know, I lost about 70 pounds over the past year and a half. I have been stuck at 190 for like 6 months. I started to do C25K (got to week 4) but it has gotten too cold for me to force myself to go out in the morning.
So, I am looking for any recommendations on indoor workout plans, cardio and strength. Preferably ones that do not require a lot of equipment (I can spend around $100).
