Anything done by Colleen Doran. This includes her own work, A Distant Soil. Also try Orbiter and Book of Lost Souls.

I also like Carla Speed MacNeil's Finder, which is heavy ink linework but often weirdly beautiful in places.

Monstress, as was mentioned in the secret thread. It's new, it's heavily influenced by Chinese lore and history, it's gorgeous.
