I hate the looking over my shoulder thing. I was in India during the Mumbai attacks a few years ago, and that's basically how I felt then: looking over my shoulder. Almost crawling under a table at the sound of fireworks. Avoiding tourist places. I sort of shook it off quite well then, but you can return to those old emotions very quickly. But now it's in my own country and I don't quite know how that channel that.

Kudos to you for volunteering, though, regardless of the reason.
