Probably around 15 months. But the last 2-3 months have been holding at 190. Which isn't bad but I'd like to be one more pants size down before my trip.

And the hardest part is getting into a habit of working out or watching once you eat. Once you get into those habits, it gets easier. A great first step is cutting out everything but water when drinking (I drink water except for the soda like...one every 3 weeks).
