Yeah, if a post of yours explodes and gets hundreds or thousands of notes over the course of a few days, it's really hard to keep track of any comments people might be reblogging it with - they might all be mocking the shit out of you, or spreading disinformation, or using the post to attack people, or derail a conversation, or god knows what else.

(Also, scrolling past the gazillion notes for That One Post in your activity page order to check any reblog comments/responses you might've acquired in the notes you've gotten on other posts is a pain.)
