I come off as arrogant when I really don't mean to.

It's a holdover from being bullied when I was a kid, a defense mechanism if you will, but sometimes it comes out in inappropriate circumstances.

Way better about it now than I used to be though.

I'm not really, I just know that I appear that way when I get into arguments or disagreements sometimes.

I'm not actually better than people and I'm very aware of that fact.

Of course, but only in situations where it actually matters. Trolls are excluded.

He's previously said that anons don't count as people to him, so it sounds better to say troll when people disagree with him. Instead of y'know, actually listening.

I could take his arrogance and his generally shitty attitude, but the "others on the internet aren't people so I can be as big of a dick as I want" thing is by far the most upsetting thing about him.
