I can't say for the Yuletide ones but the Big Bang is Tolkien related (I have zero idea what to write) and for Small Fandom (and I haven't picked which fandom for that one either).

The EE is 3 hours but the special features are something like 9 hours (not sure if that includes a commentary or not).
