I'm going to watch Supergirl in about 40 minutes, and keep hoping idjut notices Winn's feelings for her. But Cat/Kara has too many age & authority issues for me.

Also, there's probably something blatantly heterosexual in the manner of some of the actors, because maybe if it were just characters on a page I could see it, but not as it is.

Because their interactions are so interesting. Boss who's hard on you to really push you to do better. That is not done a lot.

I'm all about Kara/Jimmy myself right now, but I also kind of ship this. The only one I don't ship her at all with is Winn. I'm usually down for friendship ships, but not where the character is pining and being a little creepy about it and the canon is trying to push the "friend zone" idea.

Yup. The double love triangle is bugging me. Mostly I want Kara kicking ass and lots of sister interactions. But Jimmy is the one she has the most chemistry with and I'm totally down for this ship right now.

I do think Kara and James make a cute couple. I do wish the writers would drop the whole "lolololol Kara is so oblivious about Winn" part though.

Yup. She doesn't know because he doesn't tell her. That's on him, not her. And maybe she's just not interested in him anyway. I really hate that kind of storyline, and it is the one thing about this show that I"m not a fan of.

She has to know though? When she was revealing her powers to him and he mistakenly thought she was coming out he said 'that's why you're not attracted to me' so I think she knows.

Good point. Which makes it even more clear that she's just not interested in him that way. That could change in the future (I hope not), but she doesn't owe him a relationship just because he's attracted to her.
