I suspect that's fairly common. You've moved on to new non-fandom interests, but still wish to remain relatively anon. (Given how batshit viral things can go, I don't blame you.)

I do wonder if that's what happened to some of mine. I hope they know they can always say hello - it will never be too late. But I also respect their need for distance.

No guarantees you'll be able to though. I know what happened when I first started "Mimi Sardinia" and got into a new fandom via this identity. I lost interest in my old fandom and with it my old journal fell out of use.

Of course, you may be able to handle both sides, but don't get too upset if your non-fandom life takes over.
