+1 I like a little dystopia here and there but the problem comes when that is ALL we have for sci fi.

I also like sci fi with a bit of a sense of humor, it doesn't even have to be idealistic but the trend of dark sci fi taking itself too seriously got to be too much.

But more Star Trek would be good too (hopefully the new series will be good.)
