I really like Kuroko no Basuke's first season's soundtrack. The 2nd and 3rd seasons are kinda... meh, in comparison, imho.

Continuing the Yuki Kajiura love with Tsubasa Chronicle. Terrible anime with one of the best soundtracks of all time.

Besides everything everyone already mentioned, Haikyuu!! has a surprisingly good ost. Surprised no one has mentiones the Twelve Kingdoms ost.
