Trans:

Cyborg is not trans. Rousey was saying that Cyborg had taken so much steroids that she wasn't a /human/ anymore not that she wasn't a woman anymore. I can see why you might jump to that conclusion but it's hardly conclusive.

Domestic abuse:

1. Fucker threatens to leak her nudes. Fucker tries to stop her from leaving the room. Fucker got a kicking. This is the way the world should work.

2. They're no-longer in a relationship so it is neither domestic nor abuse. Assault, sure, I can get behind that, but applying such a loaded term as domestic abuse where it does not belong is just a shitty attempt at making her seem worse than she is.
