43. I always liked them together. I thought they were really obvious. Imagine my shock when everyone started Shipping Jou and Kaiba. I was very confused.

24. I agree with you about her. My daughter likes her, and sure her stuff is kind of shallow but she's essentially OK. And she's not a terrible singer, even if I wouldn't watch her show except with my daughter around. Anyone who seriously wants something bad to happen to her is kind of sad.

You really have to wonder what's wrong with a person when they wish some little girl they've never met death. That's just disturbing and pathetic.

Confused because they clearly hate each other? But that's the best way to start a relationship! XD At least, it makes things interesting. And I don't ship Jou/Yugi, but I can definitely see the possibilities, and even own a very cute doujin of this pairing.

I'm not big on the hate ships. I'd rather they have some sort of friendly connection than "OMG I HATE YOU...LET'S FUCK!"

Fair enough. Although, that's actually not how I see KaibaJou anyways. (I was kind of kidding about the "hating each other" thing, lol). I do think they have a mutual (if unspoken) respect for one another, and I totally agree with the author when he says that Jou is probably the "stronger" of the two of them, in spirit. So I see them as augmenting each other's deficiencies. Every pair I ship - no matter how snarky they may be otherwise - will always have their fluffy moments. ^__^

I ship Jounouchi, Yuugi and Kaiba in any combination.

Yuugi and Jou have the BFF thing going (And I totally believe that they would die for the other, they've certainly tried often enough)
Kaiba and Yuugi have the 'Eternal Rival' thing going. (Yuugi giving up duelling the months between Death-T and Duellist Kingdom, because he wanted to face Kaiba again, Kaiba building Death-T for Yuugi)
Jou and Kaiba, because they go out of their way to insult each other. (sounds weird, but Jou's the only one Kaiba will actually take the time and effort to rile up. Everyone else, he ignores. Same with Jou)

And the three of them together because it's hard to involve just two of them and leaving the third out, they're so tangled together, IMHO.

As far as both faces of Yuugi,
Yuugi-Oh, at least towards the beginning, is fairly indifferent to Kaiba, other than the fact that Kaiba hurts people he cares for. However, I've always gotten a 'Jou is -my- bitch' vibe from him. He'll go farther for Jou than anyone else.
Yuugi on the other hand, tends to be more sympathetic towards Kaiba and willing to listen to him where Yuugi-Oh would blow Kaiba off. And Jou was his first really close friend.

-I'd count Anzu as his 'first friend', but I lost all of my respect for her at the beginning of the Memories Duel, where she blows off an obviously hurting Yuugi for an illusive Yuugi-Oh.

Eh, sorry. I'm rambling. And apologies for some of my phrasing, been into the series before the dub came out and old habits die hard. #^^#

No apologies necessary! I tend to refer to "other Yugi" as Atem, just to make it easier for myself, although I guess in the dub world he's called Yami? I haven't seen a lot of dub eps, so I don't remember.

There is definitely a whole lot of rival-shippy aspects of Kaiba/Atem. It's very easy to ship them, especially when considering the whole rivalry/friendship that's passed across millenia thing. I would really love to ship it! But for some reason, I can't get as enthusiastic about it as KaibaJou (or my other Kaiba ship - PegasusKaiba! XD;) Oddly enough, I DO ship SethAtem like mad. (Or more accurately, SethMahaadAtem). But then again, I see Seth and Kaiba as totally different, so maybe that's not so weird.

I totally agree that Kaiba goes out of his way to insult Jou. XD I think if Jou really wasn't worth his while, he'd ignore him. But I believe he sees tenacity and a strength in Jou that he secretly finds admirable. He would never admit it, of course. But since Jounouchi can lose and still bounce back (whereas Kaiba thinks losing is like dying), then there's something Jou has that he doesn't.

Jou and Yugi/Atem are great as friends, and I admit, make a cute pairing! But I think I prefer them as friends more, because it lacks the kick that Jou can bring to a relationship. Jou's got a fighting spirit, and I love to put that up against someone who can bring it out of him in a passionate way. Which is definitely why I also ship him big time with Varon. XD ♥

Aaaand, I've rambled! Sorry, it's been so long since I've fangirled Yugioh!

Because I think the idea of all stick-thin avatars is ridiculous. I mean, seriously, you can look like anything-- there are people who want to look like humanoid cats, and they're still skinny. It's ridiculous (especially considering how muscular most felines are...)

T&A is hot. Second Life would be so much better looking if people stopped trying so hard.

I know right. You've got this fantasy world where you can be anything! And you have to look anorexic. What? And if this really is your dream look, you could at least get up your ass a bit to attain it yanno.
