I've really been wanting to write this dominant bottom chapter as part of my character fantasy fic where the character is the submissive one in the relationship but wants to try topping for once. This is an idea I've had forever, but I can't seem to write it right. It is one of the things I like most in fics, but I can't get the dynamics to work. I'm too used to writing the traditional dynamics.

I've been toying with the idea of writing a Doctor Who/Frozen/Anne Bronte/Emily Dickinson fic, but I've never written fic with real people and I'm feeling a little weird about it.

Go for it. People get way too wound up about RPF and the real people you're referring to are long dead. It's historical fiction, which is fine.
