I highly recommend speaking to a doctor about birth control pills or other methods to regulate your period. It's worth a shot.

I used to have terrible and super heavy periods that lasted seven days or more. Also, I'm squeamish around blood so I was constantly gagging. Finally, I decided to see a doctor and I'm so glad I did. My period now is light and lasts two days at most. I know pills don't work for everyone the same way, but definitely look into it.
