As someone who's done the eating disorder thing, I really hated how this comic implied that being fat means you're immune to EDs. Plenty of fat people have eating disorders. :(

I don't think the comic implied that? I think OP meant that they themselves don't care about their weight.

It kind of does. "I love being fat because I don't worry about my weight" implies that people who aren't fat, do. If you wanted to take the implication out, you'd simply say "I love not worrying about my weight, no matter what it is"

But the artist isn't talking about all fat people, she's clearly talking about herself and how she feels, specifically.

If that's what you got out of it, then that's what you got out of it but there are more people than only me in this thread that disagree.

"I love being a Nice Guy because I don't talk down to women" implies that people who are not Nice Guys, do.
