Gods yes. I finally convinced my family that this year we need a fruit platter to go alongside them so we can spread it on the fruit. Possibly even a few meats that it can be spread on or rolled up in and just oh my god.

Half the reason I'm doing goat cheese and pear tartlets is because I know there's going to be white wine.

I freaking love white wine. So good.

Goat cheese and pear tartlets sound like they would go especially well with a Riesling or a Sauvignon Blanc.

I am exceptionally partial to Rieslings and Geuwerztraminers, so ...yes.
