But getting mad at the movie for showing Joy being pushy and mean is 100% stupid because THE ENTIRE POINT IS THAT SHE WAS WRONG and the whole movie is her LEARNING HER LESSON. It's perfectly understandable not to enjoy those scenes, but OP appears to be angry that those scenes existed at all and also seems to have COMPLETELY missed the entire plot of the movie, somehow.

You're coming off as super hostile. This is fandom!secrets, and for all that Joy is an emotion, she's a character. OP is allowed to hate Joy based on her characterization, whether disagreeing with/disliking the character in the beginning of the movie is the point or not. OP's secret is that they hated the character & she ruined the movie for them. Just because you're supposed to disagree with her doesn't make her any more entertaining to watch. And some might argue that her redemption wasn't all that satisfying, or at least, not satisfying enough to forgive her in OP's eyes.

Why does it matter so much to you? You seem especially angry about OP's opinion on this.
