What gets me about this movie is that all the other species have evolved, but dinosaurs haven't evolved at all. That shows a real lack of imagination.

Yup. Regular T-rexes and Apatosauruses and feathered Velociraptors and partially-evolved-monstruous chickens and outright modern birds? do not mix well in my book. See also, the resolutely modern corn/maize, rudimentary constructions, yet total lack of civilzation. You tell me that in "several million years" the dinosaurs mastered the domestication of a crop plant, but froze themselves as a couple of unchanged species? Does. Not. Compute.

dear nonnie, I think you're putting too much thought into a children's movie. chill.

you don't understand what they have invested in this HATE
they want PIXAR to suffer, to bring them down to earth and make them know what failure is like, to be ... LIKE THEMSELVES

Sometimes movies just ... don't make sense to someone over 10 and it sticks with them and can't be ignored.

It's why I hate Cars. WHO BUILT EVERYTHING?!?

Like, for example, Shark Tale (is that what it was called? The one with Will Smith Fish) was a terrible movie, but I was able to understand how they built or adapted to things. They had fingers, they had economy, they had fins, electricity, businesses, stuff like that. Whereas Finding Nemo just had the natural world and that was fine.

Toy Story toys adapted from what they had around and what they "borrowed" from humans.

How did the first Cars in Cars find the first oil and refine it into gasoline? Why are the tractors or whatever animals that plow fields if they don't eat food?

And this is without taking into account the Pixar World Theory.
