Tiny Planets was my childhood. Well, part of my childhood. I was 6 years old when it started airing. Does anyone else remember that show?

Also, I know I've mentioned this here before (on multiple occasions), but Thieves & Kings. is one of my favourite comics of all time, and it's so obscure I can't find ANYONE to squee with about it.

You mean those 3D shorts on Disney Channel (but not produced by Disney, iirc)?

I was around 7 and felt a bit too old for it when I discovered it, but I liked it and thought it was cute.

That is if you don't count fandom in and of itself as obscure when it was back on ye olde lj and wasn't as popularized as it is these days.

Oh and I guess I'm an early adopter for anime. Back when I started watching it dubs didn't really exist and if you wanted to see a new series you bought VHS fansubs.

The genre isn't, but there are plenty of artists that are.

No genre of music is "obscure", btw, unless you're talking about mouth music or some kind of traditional Okinawan wailing.

I'll be honest: nothing. The things I try out are because they're popular enough to get mentioned and I'm a bit lazy about trying new things in general.

I have 0 hipster cred.

I've been sitting here trying to think of something too, and it isn't working.

Even the things I like that aren't super popular tend to be things I wouldn't think of as obscure. (Like The Authority, or maybe Justified.)

Hmm...Maybe Skies of Arcadia and Jet Grind Radio/Jet Set Radio would count? I'm not sure, tbh.

From the 4chan thread? That was really cool. By the time I saw the forum inspired by it, it was inactive. As I had guessed it would be.

I'm not into RP at all, but I'd love to see that made into a comic or something.
