People who let their offlead dogs run up to onlead dogs and upset the other dog and don't try to remove their dogs from upsetting other dogs are fucking cunts and deserve to go fuck themselves with a grater :D

DA--I was once in a situation where this happened with horses. Kid forgot her helmet and instead of leading her horse back out of the riding ring, she left him loose while she went to find it, while I was in there working my horse on a longe line. It was indeed a stupid thing for her to do.

Sometimes it's even obnoxious with on-lead dogs. I was walking my parents' dogs once and a neighbor with a little tiny lap dog came up to us after I warned her that our dogs were NOT small-dog safe, and one of my parents' dogs tried to kill the lap dog. Fortunately he did not succeed and nobody was hurt. But she came up to us very quickly and I didn't really have time to react. I was pissed but so relieved that nobody actually got hurt. After we separated them she just cheerfully said "oh I'll just go walk over here now!~" Ok then. You do that.

It was a horrible bermuda triangle of being stuck between 3 smaller dogs with no recall and their shitty owners. Thankfully our trainer was present and approached the people to break open the triangle so I could drag her off (i think she did quite well, considering 3 offleads were running around her but would rather she didn't pull/lunge at all).

But 1 owner didn't leash their dog and it kept coming back so the trainer kept telling her to pay attention and leash her dog. Fuck knows I'm tempted to let her nip the dog, but it's not its fault the owner is stupid and irresponsible. It's just curious, but Thistle was all worked up at that point and I'm NOT letting her get into bad greeting habits.


GRRRR they better fucking not be there next week, it's the last class before xmas break and we want to end on a good note...

It is the worst when people don't listen or learn. I feel sorry for their dogs, too.
