You could make an innocent comment on the other site like, "That sounds fun. Remember last year's? Kara was a riot!" and see how they react.

Best case, they either forgot to invite or are assuming you'll be there and don't require an invite.

Worst case, they really are being total bitches and your comment will put them in a weird spot where they invite you grudgingly or confirm that they are excluding you.

It's possible you may have to wish them well and find other plans. I personally hope it just slipped their minds and it wasn't intentional/personal in the least. Be prepared for worst and hope for the best and all that.
