It won't necessarily make you look like a bitch, but you'll sound needy and passive aggressive, yeah. That might wrangle you a guilt laden invitation, but you don't really one like that, do you?

When you're excluded from a social event and you're conflicted about whether it was accidental or deliberate, the best thing you can do is act like the type of person other people would WANT to invite, because you're cool and fun. Comment and say how it looks like fun, how you miss them and how you guys ought to get together soon, etc. THAT'S how you get people to sincerely regret not inviting you.

Except that is so obvious a "why didn't you invite meeee" ploy that it will likely backfire.
