Re: Opinions people judge you for
To me, that seems like some seriously whack priorities.

Re: Opinions people judge you for
Like I can understand people getting salty and losing their shit over a subject the laws of which literally determines the life and death of other people.
Almost any political opinion is about something that massively affects real people. "I had to see an opinion on Dean Winchester I didn't like" by contrast, seems like a ridiculous thing to rage out over.
Re: Opinions people judge you for
if your original opinion was "people treat this topic with the same level of rage as the death penalty and that's dumb" my response would have been totally different.
ETA: ok, I read the original comment wrong. mea culpa. I do think it's a silly thing to rage over.
However, I stand by my stance that tagging hate goes against the way people use Tumblr tags so I can understand why it upsets people (when they're not overreacting).

Except for that embarrassing part where I did in fact talk about inappropriate rage in my original comment:
"People will judge you for any political opinion. But I'm still wildly amused at how hard I get judged for thinking it's appropriate to accurately tag critical posts on Tumblr.
It's such a petty and inane topic, and to see people reduced to spitting rage over it is utterly bizarre."
...Well.
Re: Opinions people judge you for
I'm so done.
Re: Opinions people judge you for
No, but the original comment was as it was when I made mine. Check the timestamps. Likely, I hadn't reloaded the page for a few minutes and so I did not see the edit until after the comment when through.
I didn't see any reason to re-edit it since the conversation still made sense.
I'm so done.
Kay bye.
