I mean it's ok if the pet you choose is also one you find cute. But looking for a very specific aesthetic really makes the whole matter overly complicated.
And if you find the pet with the perfect look but both of your personalites clash what then? Will the fandom factor outweight the problems that are going to follow? I don't think so.
