A lot of the comments in this thread make it seem like you're a troll and/or just making shit up. But if you're not a troll, then personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with you being grossed out by it. It's understandable.

You just have to decide whether it really matters to you or not. Presuming she never stops peeing herself, do you still want to be with her? I mean for your own sake and not for hers? If the honest answer is no, then you truly should break up with her, because you're not doing either of you any favors by staying.

That is, unless her illness is making her physically and/or financially dependent on you, and she's not in a position where she has anyone else to turn to. In which case, that really sucks and I have no idea what you should do.

In the thread they're talking about "trying to make MS-shaming a thing". Considering they want to make shaming people publicly for having a humiliating disease/disability a "thing" then they're still a huge piece of shit if not a troll.
