Could be that he is & looks a lot older now. A chubby face can make you look much younger than you are.

Yep. His face was always silly looking, but the weight made him look slightly more normal, and younger. Now he looks like a tortoise that some explorer brought back from the Galapagos in the 19th century.

I was going to ask the same, it's also possible that he lost the weight too fast because that can age you quickly with the strain it puts on the body.
