"The Other Man" did it for me. I was cackling when he pictured the ice cream in his head when plotting his revenge. Then the line later in that episode "You cut in line! I was first and it was really good ice cream!!!" killed me. Perfect timing for a comedy scene. I guess ymmv for this show like any other comedy series, but I find Dev to be rather charming in this show.
