They can choose the kink as their genre tag then. Make the uploader actually think what their own goddamn fic is about, prioritize, utilize thought and restraint. It might be good for them.

Not every fic has a single kink, and kinks may be included that aren't the theme of the piece. People looking for kinks don't necessarily care if that is what the fic is about or not. I'm all for limiting tags, but I think you are going too far.

That's great for the author but what if I, as a reader, am looking for a kink that is in the fic, but not the kink that the author prioritized.

But if the fic has multiple kinks in it, they'd have to choose one to "prioritize" (tag), and readers looking for the other kinks could lose out.
