Hmm, this girl at school latched onto me pretty hardcore when she looked over my shoulder and saw Captain America fanart in my sketchbook. She started seeking me out between class, reading me her fanfiction (My Little Pony!), and being really unaware of personal space (no, do not put your head on my knee! Stop trying to give me hugs!). She's ultra-conservative and homophobic and I dampened her enthusiasm somewhat by telling her I ship Bucky/Steve pretty hardcore. I feel kind of bad for her since she's clearly been poorly socialized but man, I'm not her mom.

That's kind of pitiable really. Just sounds like she really wanted a friend and didn't know how to go about that.

The personal space thing would be a major no-no for me as well though, so I feel you there.
