If someone is overly obese, I think the extra weight would make it difficult to have sex. It could get in the way and put too much space between the two people, or you could accidentally smush or suffocate the person you're having sex with.

There was a thread on reddit a while ago about how fat people have sex. They had a lot of problems, as I recall.
