There's no basis for this, I agree. Tony & Steve may be besties in the comics, but they've JUST started tolerating each other in the MCU. I mean, Age of Ultron ended with them basically telling each other, "you're not as much of an asshole as I thought you were, you might be ok" which isn't friendship.
