It doesn't bother me if someone isn't intuitive enough to know how to do something instantly, but if there are written instructions or some other way for them to learn how to do it, and they'd rather whinge than make an effort, I will assume they're lazy.

and when people know they're wrong and instead of admitting it they just get more and more defensive. :/
