Re: FANFICTION TIME

(Anonymous) 2015-12-09 04:11 am (UTC)(link)
It was Valentine's Day, and in keeping with tradition, Digby gave his girlfriend a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolate. Lottie held one of the flowers up to her nose and sniffed it.

"This smells like burning rubber..." she said, blinking in confusion.

"It's a new, special, genetically engineered type of flower," said Digby. "It was developed for people who are allergic to normal-smelling flowers."

"I'm not allergic to flowers, though," said Lottie.

"I know, but these flowers are really expensive and I thought the best way to show my love for you is by spending lots of money."

"Oh Digby, that's so sweet of you, although kind of fiscally irresponsible!" cried Lottie.

They smooched.

Little did they know, the flowers were not actually a special genetically engineered type of flower. Digby had been swindled out of $150 by a con-man who fooled people into buying flowers that had been sprayed with a cheap cologne brand called Essence of Burning Rubber.

The con-man's name was Shia LaBeouf, and no one knew it at the time, but he would someday grow up to be a Hollywood superstar and actual cannibal.

The End.
