I'm struggling to get me through the rest of this term. Good luck to everyone else who has finals or other projects they need to wrap up before the holidays!

It makes more sense when you know that the character is a real-life historical figure from the Wild West. I'm sure there were more polite people then, but this guy pretty much built and ran a town. Iron fist and all, but the times weren't exactly promoting equality then.

Exactly! Which is why all those shows set in pioneer times should still have people driving around in fuel-efficient cars instead of those primitive wagons, and women ought to be in high profile STEM careers instead of wearing gingham aprons and living in log houses!
