Well given that I liked the first one enough to start actually following the franchise, and this one was actually my favorite one...

In my opinion, yes. Best one yet. YMMV, of course, but it was just SOOOOO much more interesting to watch a group of Latino teens deal with the Paranormal Activity stuff than another boring nuclear family.
